I’m a serious advocate for getting up early, having develop quite a few habits that help me look forward to the morning. But since lately I struggle with the task, my stress levels go immediately up. I get a sense that the day has already gone past me if I don’t wake up around 7-8. Sometimes I’ll just stay in bed and work, but it feels so much better. And if you have a fixed sleeping schedule and can have those 8 hours, your body will better fight off any battles.
