Culottes have become a go-to style for most street style stars. Maybe we’re a little bit late to the trend, but better late than never. And I have to say, I’m loving it! Not only do I own a few pairs but am wearing them all-the-freaking-time. They’re comfy, easy to wear, casual, formal and whatever you want to make them. Versatility is their middle name! I finally had time to do a three way post – the last one was over a month ago – and I live to make these. It’s an amazing source of inspiration to plan the outfits, go through my wardrobe and figure out what pairs best. Here’s a three way pleated culottes:

Pepe Jeans Boyfriend T-Shirt, Zara Pleated Culottes, Coach Sneakers (last seen here) and MAC ‘Please Me’ Lipstick.
The Very Casual and Laid Back: this is definitely my favorite and the one I’ve been wearing the most. Normally with a pair of sneakers (like pictured) or espadrilles. It makes it such an easy outfit for work or even errands. I just love how you can style so casually a piece that looks more night-appropriate.

Zara Shirt (last seen here) and Pleated Culottes, H&M Slip-Ons and MAC ‘Hot Tahiti’ Lipstick.
The I Got Out of Bed and Forgot to Change Out of My PJ: this is the coolest and most laid back outfit ever. I actually wore it to work because it felt formal enough – which we are definitely not – yet, like #iwokeuplikethis. It was an impromptu combination that left me feeling satisfied over how good I felt. Especially if you’re wearing a PJ look-alike shirt and some slippers. Feeling on cloud 9!

Zara Crop-Top (last seen here), Pleated Culottes and Heel Sandals, and MAC ‘Hot Tahiti’ Lipstick.
The Fancy-Nancy: I don’t know it it’s because I’ve been watching too much Scrubs, but Nancy sounded appropriate. This is the ensemble I wouldn’t dare wear in most occasions, but sometimes, an event comes or you’re going to a fancier dinner. It’s an amazing combination the crop-top and slip heels. While the overall pantone is black, the orange gives it a pop of bright color, which goes along perfectly with the flower details.
