Remember this post? Ive been obsessed with this snack ever since I started doing it a few months back. I normally buy a lot of avocados on the supermarket, to add to salads, make sauces, guacamole and mid-afternoon snacks.
Whenever they are ready I just open them up, squash them in a plate, add some plain or vanilla yogurt, a bit of honey and mix it together. If you want it to look like a mousse, just throw it in the blender for a more silky and crumb-free texture. You can have it after exercising, as a snack or even dessert. Enjoy!
