The caffeine is responsible for the stimulating effect and the milk has a substance that helps you increase neuron activity in the brain without overstimulating it. It’s the perfect combination for those cold days when you just want to be inside and have to walk around and do errands. Sit down, enjoy a cup of latte and let biology do the rest. It’s important to know that it’s not good for your health to abuse caffeine, but one sip here and there won’t do you any harm.
