6 foods to fix your mood

Over the next six weeks, I will be doing a series called “six foods to improve your mood” and tell you what they are and can do for you. Wether you’re feeling angry, sad, tired or anxious, you will know which foods to tackle when those feelings hit you. We start with when you are feeling tired. Every day chores can get you to a point where you don’t feel like doing anything (thank you Bruno Mars!). Wether it’s your job, your kids or your duties, we reach the end of the day looking to do something more but simply can’t. You can take a long bath, but that can take too long, you can go for a run or a walk, but feel like that’s just going to run you out. So, the easiest solution, according to the experts, is to eat berries. Raspberries, blueberries, grapes, anything berry shaped. They are proven to “(…) contain antioxidant compounds (…) that improve mental and physical energy levels (…)”. Eat them naturally or add them to a yogurt or a glass of water. No tired excuses for this weekend guys! Have a great one.
