Every week, I read a lot about healthy tips, ways to improve your health, tricks, hacks, how-to and healthy recipes. There’s a whole world about it, but that, you already know. I’m going to compile, each month, the ones I found worked for me in previous months, helping me, and you, have a list of healthy tips and how to make them work. I’ve been saying this more than once here on the blog, drinking a glass of water with lemon to start your day, is a rich source of vitamins and gets your immune system going. Also, if you work in a computer – like I do – for every hour you are sitting and working, give yourself a ten minute break to stretch your legs and walk around. It gets your blood flowing through your limbs. Another tip I cannot stress enough is to moisturize and the importance of moisturizing after you shower or in a daily routine after getting up and before going to bed. Something I’ve been trying to follow pretty strictly is to make my bed everyday in the morning so the apartment feels neater and cleaner. That, and going for a one hour walk or exercise at least 30 minutes everyday. Lastly, this one goes almost without saying, but I’ve come to learn that taking care of your skin relies, not only in the products you use, but in the right types of food.
