It can also help you burn fat, improve your metabolism, brain function and even prevent the signs of aging. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities help slow the process. Also, one very important thing, one of the main components of green tea is water. So whenever you are drinking it, you are also ingesting part of the daily recommended dosage of water.
