Sunday brunch at Rosemary’s.
It was the first official fall weekend. I could not be happier with the temperatures getting cooler, the air getting crisper but, the sun still shining. It was a quite eventful weekend with a girl’s night on Friday. Pizza, beers and gossip was just what the doctor ordered. Had so much fun and, honestly, can’t tell how amazing it is to be able to go to places with just a subway ride. Ha!
Saturday was mostly work all day and a run at the end of the afternoon. Hadn’t done anything in 2 months so it felt extremely good. By the time I hit bed, my body felt drained – which I love. Also went for dinner with some friends at this place in Chinatown, and it was a-mazing! On Sunday, I woke up a bit later than usual, went to brunch with some friends who are visiting, walked a bit through the city and went home to play with Poppy. Unexpectedly, my husband suggested that we go for a spontaneous date and I was thrilled. Normally, I don’t have so many dinners out through one weekend but hey, one time is not all. Any time me and M can spend together now feels like a blessing so I take it.
I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you guys for your amazing feedback on Friday’s post. Honestly, wasn’t expecting so much of it but, apparently, you loved the post and kept asking me for more pictures. I promise to make a full apartment tour once it’s ready and, meanwhile, keep you updated on the progress we’ve been making. Hope you had an amazing weekend and happy Monday!
