Let’s cross our fingers and hope for better and more pleasant weather this next month. I’m in need of going for a run outside. I’ve been trying to keep the first tip as regular as possible so I don’t feel bad at the end of the day. Even if you don’t go to the gym, a class or walk, just try to do some squats, abs and push-ups in your living room or bedroom, it can’t hurt! After the snacks post, I figured that it’s always motivating to keep snacks interesting by making them yourself – and they’re probably healthier because you know what goes into them. Having a procrastinating day? Get your butt off the couch, nothing good can come from that! Having a good night sleep does wonders to out skin, metabolism, temper, if you can, try to get at least seven hours every single night – with the exception of girls night out. Try to tone down that wrinkle-anxious-breathtaking-drama in your life, in the end, it’s almost never worth it. Trust me!
