New York is a great place when you want to try something new and trendy. There are thousands of restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, rooftops, bakeries and so on for you to indulge in your favorite meals. I love trying out new places so it can become my new go-to-place, which normally doesn’t last long, given that there’s so much to try. One of these Tuesday’s, me and S went on to try The Butcher’s Daughter in the Nolita district. I had seen it in several pictures of Instagrammers I follow and was eager to go there. It was this rustic looking place with wooden tables, yellow accessories and a great environment. We ordered the exact same thing – the butternut squash and crudite salad and a hot golden elixir – and even though it was a cold salad in a cold day, it was amazing! All the ingredients came together perfectly with the seasoning and we were all noises and yums throughout the meal.
