A couple of weeks ago we had some visitors over who stayed for a week and a few days. We are lucky to have enough space in our studio apartment to provide lodging to one-to-two people. It was a crowded and busy week but I’m always grateful to have the opportunity to go around Manhattan and show the places I’ve been as well as get to know new places people know about. We walked around more than 10 miles everyday but it was tough with temperatures going around between -5 and -25 degrees Celsius everyday. Everyday was spent on a different area of Manhattan, and even one of the days we walked around Brooklyn, but I’m happy to say we saw pretty much all Manhattan highlights and even not-so-common places. Had a few meals in different restaurants (like this one) and went up the Top of the Rock. Manhattan is a truly magical place to just walk around and get to know because every time you do, you find something new.
