Introducing Marsala. Apparently, the 2015 color is named after a wine and has a strong accent to it, as opposed to many other colors. Its rich and welcoming tone suggests a very welcoming and hearty shade. Being a designer I’ve been looking out for these subjects for quite some time now. 2014 was the year of radiant orchid, a beautiful purple like shade. Pantone always sets or looks out for trends and follows them to let us, professionals in the color industry, know what’s going to be hot or not. Embrace Marsala in your wardrobe (and I clearly had a tendency for this color without even knowing it for the past months), in your house and even in your food. Marsala!
