6 foods to fix your mood

The second installment of the series 6 foods to fix your mood (you can check the first one here) is for when you are feeling angry. Especially for us women, there comes a time in the month when we can all feel very angry and annoyed at people, things and even ourselves. It can happen during your day, while you’re at work, at home, at the supermarket or even while you’re driving. There’s always someone or something ready to tick you off. So when you feel like you want to explode, have
a hand full of something in the nut category (e.g. almonds). They’re known for containing good fat and has been said that people who ingest one ounce of nuts per day reduce the risk of heart disease. So if you don’t want to go nuts, just eat them.
