To do this post I had to do some research and look up the difference between a jumper, a pullover and a sweater. Turns out, there is a difference but they can almost be considered the same. According to the website differencebetween.com a jumper is a kind of dress that is worn by small girls and is to be pulled over your head to be worn. On the other hand, a sweater is a woollen garment that is worn over a t-shirt and can be zipped or buttoned. When it is to be pulled over, it is called a pullover. But the real difference remains in the country it’s most commonly used; jumper is more of a british word and sweater an american word. Either way, jumpers are a very trendy item right now and can be worn in very different occasions and sported as a more chic, classic or sporty way. Wear it with a pair of jeans and sneakers or simply with a lace skirt and high heels, you can make an outfit go from casual day wear to formal night.
