Recovery week: tuesday

Today is day two of the recovery week. I almost can’t move from yesterday’s insanity workout, it was completely crazy ass tiring. How people can handle an entire hour of it, makes me want to do it everyday so I can say I handle it too. Every time I have a good, healthy and balanced day, I feel like I sleep better. I woke up today, without the help of my alarm clock – which is my phone – at 8 in the morning, feeling refreshed, not sleepy and I got up twenty minutes later to start my day. The picture above portraits a tiny cute Oreo (taken a while back), to illustrate that you should never forget to indulge yourself, now and then, when you’re having a good and healthy week. I try to do that on sundays, my rest day for everything routine-y. What’s your day and guilty pleasure? I’d love to know.
