My version of a summer salad

Every summer I do a lot of salads. My second week in New York, I was making dinner and didn’t know what salad to do with the ingredients I had. So I picked up some cucumber and tomatoes, added a balsamic vinaigrette seasoning and voila, you have a great, fresh, light salad that goes with any siding you want to have. Just remove the cucumber skin – it’s very indigestive – chop it, chop the tomatoes, stir them with the sauce and enjoy. You can also get a similar recipe from a friend’s blog, she’s a foodie living in Rome and enjoying life.
