This week, some of the few things that made me happy were the basics I managed to get as birthday presents. I bought two knits (here and here) from Massimo Dutti and one from Zara (here). Every fall and winter I feel like I need to stock my closet with two or three knit sweaters (especially from Massimo Dutti) because the ones from the previous year are a bit ruined – especially the ones I wore often. I tried to be smart and practical when it came to purchasing sweaters and I feel like I succeeded. Still haven’t had a chance to wore any of them but today is the day.
