Waffle and blueberry jam

waffle-recipe, waffle-blueberry-recipe, healthy-breakfast-recipes,

Every morning when I wake up, I tend to browse through my Instagram feed to see what people are up to on other parts of the world. A few weeks back, I found a picture of a Portuguese girl who has a food blog (you can check it out here) with two wheat toasts, a white spread and blueberry jam which gave me the idea to do a similar recipe. I tried to do it with two slices of bread but had a small accident and burnt them, so I had to resort to frozen gluten free waffles instead. The result was insanely amazing, be sure to try it yourself!

Van’s Gluten Free Classic Waffles,
– Light cream cheese,
– Blueberry jam,
– Fresh blueberries.

(5 – 6 minutes)
Unfrozen the waffles in a toaster for 3 to 4 minutes. Spread the cream cheese, to your liking, in this case I didn’t spread that much. Top it with the blueberry jam, or your preferred jam, wash some blueberries and voilá, enjoy!
