A few weeks ago I left the apartment without eating breakfast – so I wouldn’t lose the train – and got to Manhattan starving for something quick, simple and nutritious. I went to Le Pain Quotidien and asked for their yogurt parfait, which was something pretty similar to what I tried to emulate here. It’s a pretty simple recipe with a great and good looking result, and something you can easily make on a smaller or bigger bowl/glass.
I got plain and vanilla yogurt (to avoid adding any other sweeteners), slightly greek, some granola and fresh berries. Stack the ingredients as you see fit and, if you want, add a bit of honey to top it off! Hope you enjoy it and let me know how it goes!
