Still trying to tackle American food classics, this week I bring you the famous chocolate chip cookies! If I’m being totally honest, this wasn’t my first attempt and took me a few tries to get them looking and tasting like this, and what a mess it was. I don’t think I’m cut out for baking but I still feel like I have to give it a shot. It’s quite amazing how easy they are to make and how little time it takes, especially following an easy recipe.

Ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and chocolate bits.

Recipe: I followed exactly this one.

Extra tip: to try a different result, I replaced the regular chocolate milk bits for white chocolate ones and, if you’re a fan of white chocolate, this version is way better!
