Off the Shoulder

For the past few days, a heat wave has been daunting New York. We went from wearing jackets to barely wearing anything and it has been impossible. To celebrate the start of June, I decided to wear this off-the-shoulder top that I got before our trip to California but never had a chance to wear. I love how feminine it is, with the ruffles and showing off just enough, especially paired with a pencil skirt and bright sandals.
