I love a good pair of ballerinas and, back when I was five, my grandmother used to dress me up in them all-the-time. My favorite was a pair of white ballerinas with a silver bow, I wore them so much that after six months my mother had to throw them out! Now I don’t wear them as often, so I decided to do a three way post with the only pair I own (last seen here) and, at the same time, help you out with a few suggestions for Valentine’s Day.

Zara Knit, Levi’s High Rise Flare Jeans, Zara Ballerinas and MAC ‘Please Me’ Lipstick. |
The themed casual, because red is the official color of V-Day, someone who loves it should bare it all. I combined this very old knit, with a cute little bow in the back, with a pair of high waisted flare jeans, making a very simple but classic look.

Zara Fringed Top, H&M Pleated Skirt, Zara Ballerinas and MAC ‘Please Me’ Lipstick. |
The fun upscale, for a dinner out with your date or a fancy party with your friends. I simply love this skirt but it’s been hanging in my closet for almost two years and I have barely worn it, it feels too fancy! But lately I’ve been drawing out ways to wear it differently (the top was last seen here).

Topshop Vintage Shirt, Zara High Waist Trousers and Ballerinas, MAC ‘Please Me’ and ‘Hot Tahiti’ Lipstick. |
The edgy and modern, if you’re really feeling adventurous and, honestly this would be the one I would wear if celebrating V-Day properly. I love the print on this vintage shirt (which I got in Dubai) paired with the high waisted culottes (which were last seen here). I would normally wear it down but it felt perfect with a knot.
