With Thanksgiving being already a week ago, all that food and excess are definitely behind. I’m focusing on my workouts, yoga, stretches and physiotherapy sessions to correct my posture and fix my strength and flexibility – which can be highly important when maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. More often than not we tend to forget the importance of stretching at the end of every exercise and even the day, especially if you are working at a desk. I know I can improve a lot more and, although the progress is slow, I can already feel my body positively adapt to the daily changes I’m trying to make.
