Ever since I came back from Portugal, I’ve been trying to get into the routine I had before I left; working most of the day, exercising by the end of it, doing my skin care routine and repeat, but for some reason, it hasn’t been easy. Back home I didn’t need to have a routine and everything fit together perfectly – especially with the exercise – but now, I find myself struggling to do a single walk outside.
Because of that, I decided to start a new series documenting my weekly workouts to try and re-kindle my romance with it while maybe, inspiring you as well. I’ll write everything I do from Monday to Friday, leaving the weekend up for grabs, and hopefully get some feedback from your end, with tips and exercises you usually do. See the first week’s report.
