Because it can’t be all about the good and the healthy, because we are human beings and have sugar-related-needs, I’m revealing my ultimate decadent and indulging snack top ten. After the healthy snacking post I felt the need to make this one. Let’s face it, we all crave something from time to time and there’s no hope in avoiding it. Unless that crave is recurrent, give yourself a break from time to time and just get on those delicious snacks in your mid-afternoon. Whether it’s because you are having a bad week and when Friday hits you need to cool off with a tasty pack of peanut butter m&m’s or for movie night you want to share some chocolate with your friends, or every other Sunday morning isn’t the same without those buttery pancakes and maple sirup. I believe we can eat almost anything we want if we are moderate, most people’s problem has to do with the sizing of the meals and how often they indulge themselves. Make sure you are eating the right amount of everything so when that day comes, you can treat yourself to some not-so-great-for-you-but-awfully-delicious-snacks.
