We all need a little incentive when working out. If you’re just trying to get in the mood, need a little boost to climb that hill or do another set of lunges. Ever since I started going to the gym back in Portugal, my iPod has been my ally! I’m constantly updating my playlists to the newest song or jam that I’m into so that I keep myself motivated to run the extra mile or just do another 10 lunges. If I’m listening to something I picked and like, helps time go by faster and you don’t feel like you’re working out. Tune in as I tell you my ten secret working out jams that get me going every time – be warned that they can be very mainstream pop songs that I’m not necessarily proud of.
