I’ve never been big on Halloween. The last years I didn’t even put on a costume or went out to celebrate it. But, there was a time – from my 14’s to my 20’s – that I would celebrate Halloween with my friends. I remember going as a punk ballerina, a 50’s starlet (with lots of pearls), a pirate and then gets fuzzy. The last costume I sported was a graphic designer, wearing my own mask. But there’s something about being in America that uprises the feeling that Halloween is supposed to portrait. Most people take it seriously and decorate rigorously their houses and gardens, stores flood with candy, costumes and decorations and TV adds get crazy weird. In a Halloween-y spirit, I selected some items that represent the holiday in a fashion matter.
