When you do the Insanity workout, there’s always a recovery week between the tough weeks of intense exercises. We do it so we can recover our body, replenish it and prepare it for the upcoming weeks. This week, starting today, is going to be a recovery week for my body. After a weekend of (some) bad eating decisions, no exercise or walks, no reading or enjoying a peaceful day without touching my phone, this week starts with a boost of will to recover from the weekend. I made a plan yesterday evening to keep up with and keep focused. It envolves healthy meals, Insanity workouts, walks through town, studying for the blog and starting a new book for leisure. Everyday I will give you tips and share my daily recover. Follow me and start your week whenever you feel like you need, even if you feel like your week starts on thursday.
