This past week was spent in a minor celebration spirit and will continue throughout the weekend. Started last Sunday, when me and M celebrated our one year marriage anniversary and the week just went by in a mellow pace. On Sunday we strolled around Manhattan, went to the Chelsea Market and up 10th. The weather wasn’t great but we had so much fun just walking around the city, talking about us and the fact that we live here and that it seemed so unreal to have once lived in Dubai. It’s only just a bunch of memories now and, hopefully, that won’t happen with New York. Even though it’s far away from my family and most of my friends, I actually see myself living here – just need a more solid ground.
