The Woman Behind This Season’s Trends

There’s a thing I always admired about my grandmother: she always looked putted together. I remember going out to lunch with her, and she would always have a classic heal, a co-ord skirt suit and edgy make-up. There was this lilac suit she had which she would combine with a mid-heeled brown Gucci-like loafer and blue eyeshadow. I just thought she always looked so elegant.

This Spring, a major trend we’re seeing is definitely grandma inspired and it just makes me sad that she’s not here to go shopping with me and see it mirrored on everyone else. I was always a huge advocate and, even when I was back in college, some friends used to call me grandma because of some of the things I wore. I gathered a few items to show you how this trend is everywhere right now.
