Gloomy and rainy days tend to push us into bed and not out of it, but we have to be strong when it comes to maintaining healthy routines. Throughout the week I varied my workouts and had a mix of high intensity training with relaxing yoga classes, which creates a great body balance at the end of the day. I’ve also been trying to eat as much vegetarian meals as possible, avoiding meat of all kind – making a few rare exceptions with the famous Oyster Bay ribs and a birthday lobster ravioli.
