Chanel is known for a lot of things, but mostly its classic handbags, representing the epitome of chic (and pricey). I’ve never owned one and I’m far from it, but recently got acquainted with the brand’s makeup products. I already have an eye shadow and nail polishes but they were either gifts or heirlooms. A couple of weeks ago, I went to buy my precious Shiseido concealer at Macy’s, when the lady told me they had discontinued the product, putting me in a panic state (I know, first world problems). Quickly enough, I turned to my right side and there it was, the Chanel stand.
I’ve read and searched about Chanel makeup products, making me eager to try them. I normally stand by the products that I’ve been using for quite some time and this was the push I needed to make the leap. After trying both products out, I decided to buy the Perfection Lumière Teint Fluide and the Correcteur Perfection.
The first step is applying the Correcteur Perfection under the eye zone and, with your pointer finger apply it with light taps. The result should be an even area covering your dark circles.
I have to say I’m utterly impressed with both products and the way they blend in with my skin, being so light and soft. Sure, they may be a little bit more expensive then the one’s I’m used to buying, but they will also last longer and make my skin look better. You can’t put a price on quality and long-lasting results and by the times I’ve applied them, I can tell you that they last throughout the whole day.
